RMA Evaluation Fees for returnsRMEF (Returned Material Evaluation Fees) The following is our RMEF (Returned Material Evaluation Fees) policy for products returned in and out of the warranty period. 1. If product is returned within the two year warranty period, and is found to have no defects in functioning or workmanship, there will be an evaluation fee of $75.00 and payment is required to be received prior to shipment. 2. If it is determined that the returned product is defective due to customer abuse, the $75.00 evaluation fee will apply. However, if the product is repairable and payment is received for the full repair cost, the evaluation fee will be waived. 3. If it is determined that the returned product failed due to workmanship or other factory defects, it will either be repaired or replaced per our terms and conditions. GENERAL Regardless of the warranty status upon return, no returned products will be held for more than 12 months on premises. Any unclaimed products will be considered ‘abandoned’ and disposed of according to company policy with no notice to the customer. |
