Gauging Probes for dimensional measurements in metrology, automation and quality control systems
Digital and Analog spring loaded linear position probes (aka Pencil Probes) are commonly used in dimensional gauging systems to quickly and efficient measure critical parameters on machine parts. The automotive, aerospace and medical industries require premise machining and sub .001” tolerances on piece parts. Dimensional gauging probes insure these tolerances are met during operation and as part of SPC and quality control. Provided in ranges for +/-.5mm to +/-10mm in full bridge, half bridge, feather touch and pneumatic configurations, Marposs dimensional gauging probes allow the user to take individual measurements or customize full data acquisition systems using a bus system and accompanying software.

The Alliance Sensors Group LA-25 Series LVDT linear position sensors are designed to handle extreme industrial environments. This robust linear sensor has a sturdy one-inch (25.4 mm) diameter aluminum housing (also available in stainless steel), two double contact shaft seals to keep fluids and solid contaminants out of its bore, and is offered standard with an axial Euro-style connector or cable, and also can be obtained in a through-bore version with a radial connector or cable outlet.
Specifically Designed and Engineered for Automation Measurement Systems and General Industrial Applications
AC-LVDT Signal Conditioner with 2 Point Calibration
Smart setup with 2 front panel push buttons --- NO POTS
TWO (2) YEAR warranty
Use with 3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-wire LVDTs and inductive half-bridges
The LVDT Signal Conditioner SC-100 DIN rail module from the Alliance Sensors Group ends the usual difficulties that accompany AC-LVDT set up with a built-in null indicator and simple front panel pushbuttons to set zero and full scale. Engineered to work with the widest range of AC-LVDTs and inductive half-bridges, the SC-100 module monitors LVDT operation and indicates most common failures.
